With respect to OTC drugs, we assist companies with product claims, monograph issues, establishment registration and drug listing, GMP and inspectional issues, and other standard marketing and enforcement matters. We also represent OTC drug and cosmetic companies before the FTC on advertising matters, in litigation with competitors under the Lanham Act, and before the National Advertising Division of the Better Business Bureau with respect to disputed claims.
