Esther Petrikovsky focuses her practice on regulatory, transactional, and enforcement matters within the health care industry. She advises a diverse range of clients, including pharmacies, health care providers, pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers, and private equity funds investing in the sector. Esther assists clients with complex regulatory and compliance matters, as well as providing regulatory due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional arrangements.
In addition to her health care regulatory work, Esther counsels food, drug, dietary supplement, and medical device companies on compliance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations. Her experience spans a broad range of FDA-related issues, helping clients navigate the evolving regulatory landscape.
Before joining the firm, Esther was an associate at Reed Smith LLP in Washington, D.C., where she was part of the Life Sciences and Health Care practice group. During law school, she gained valuable experience through externships with the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) and the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF). She also served as the Articles Editor for the Food and Drug Law Journal.
